Having recently finished Pokemon Scarlet on the Switch 2 (and to my surprise, quite enjoying the whole experience; I originally bought the game on the OG Switch and refunded it during it’s whole launch fiasco), I’m excited to come into this new game pretty blind about what it’s whole deal even is. I’m admittedly a bit anxious after seeing some headlines for previews of the game. I follow Arlo on YouTube and he seems worried that the game has already shown all it has on offer in the trailers. But we’ll see! Pokemon is Pokemon and always has a base level of nostalgia and enjoyment.
